265 Wide tyres on front wheels

Hi Guys,

 

I just wanted to know if 265 35 18 tyres will fit on the front wheels on my supra without rubbing against the arches? I am currently running 255 35 18's.

 

I have 9.5" wide front wheels, and the offset is +45 I think, and my arches aren't rolled or anything like that.

 

Also, If I have 265 fronts will my rears have to be 285's? As I am currently running 275's on a 10.5" wide wheel. I have noticed with most members on here running two sizes wider on the rear?

I ran 265 front and 295 rear with no problems

It'll depend on the offset of the wheels, you might be alright, you might get rubbing. Why not stick with 255's?

Why change ?

 

255 on the front is fine on a 9.5" wide rim and 275 or 285 are fine on a 10.5" wide rim

i have 255 but im going back to 235 a supra tends to over steer not under steer
