Juddering at full lock pull off and at 5rpm and above accerating

hi, need some help please, my mk4 na supra has developed a problem, driving normal you dont feel anything but when you boot the accelerator its fine up untill about 5rpm and above where i feel a strange juddering from the rear of the car, this also happens as i pull off withh full lock on, i put the car on the ramps and noticed that the rear diff rear cushion looked shot, so i ordered a new 1 and spend ages getting the old 1 out and new 1 in, once i had i done this i was so pleased id got it in because im sure there are pressured in so i took it for a spin to find that the problem didnt seem as bad but was still there, anyone had this problem or know where to start to fix this?

Check all your subframe bolts along with all the other suspension parts, basically do

bolt check of the whole back end

Was my rear coilovers, bloody teins lol both rears leaking causing the knocking

O/E are way better unless your tiens managed 100,000 + miles
