Was looking into this when I had my NA, Keron's very good and can supply and fit (Extreme Performance), same with AFR (dude). Prices are generally in the regen of £2000 to £3000. Engines come to roughly £1500, labour is an additional £800-£1000, then depending on your car uprated parts are essential (i.e. clutch, braking etc..)
