The one I am currently watching is the halloween episode and his Girlfriend said "trick or treat" while revealing a cracking Lara Croft Tomb Raider outfit. Now, dressing up doesn't really do it for me, it isn't my thing. However, am I the only person to think "Hell yeah" where the tomb raider chick is concerned? Think its about episode 10 or 11 of season 4, fantastic episode, wont say anything more in case you are not that far in. Compelling viewing once started. The one from the original game will always be special as that is where it all began so I would have to say her in this case. I remember a computer magazine interviewing one of the Lara's, I can't remember her name but IIRC her Father performed her *ahem* cosmetic surgery.
