Parry_10
so I unplugged my ignitor pack today (TT) and now the big main plug will not plug back in! so frustrating I think its damaged the plug on the ignitor pack end. Just wondering what my options are now or will I have to get a new ignitor pack:(
pezzler
Is nothing visably damaged? No cracked plug housing, no bent pins? Have you had a good look around both plug housings to see if there is anything obstructing it? Is the clip on the top of the plug still intact? Normally when the clip is depressed for removal, they crack. If it has cracked and pushed downwards, it might be acting against the ignitor plug housing

You can push it on to a certain point then it just wont go the rest of the way must of been trying for about an hour! it seems like something is stopping it inside the ignitor pack end. The white block inside it moves a bit when you try and push the plug on and I can see a few marks etc on it now where ive tried to push the plug in so many times
absz
There should be a rubber seal around the male side of the plug, make sure its not come off and wedged in the female plug stopping it going further!!
Parry_10
I have just removed the white plastic part in the ignitor pack end and now it plugs straight in. When I tried to push the plug in this was moving and causing the plug to catch
absz
The white plastic part retains the pins in position,by removing this its more than likely that the wires will pull out and give you a bad contact causing future misfires or non starting problems.
