R3DG3CKO ROB
Planning on buying a set of new Facelift rears and wonderred if anyone has done the clear lense mod for the indicators? I bought a old set of J-Specs years ago but never got round to doing it. I have the clear lenses and a set of chromed indicators sat waiting but just wondered if anyone had tried this with facelifts? Main thing I need to check is that the lense sizes are the same? Also does anyone have a photo of the mod done? I'm sure it'd look awesome but it'd be nice to see before I crack open a brand new set of lights.

If your gonna do the facelift's with clear lense, you need the reversing lenses from another set of facelift lights as the pre-facelift lenses are a different colour, size and pattern. R3DG3CKO ROB
looks awesome are the lenses def diff sizes to pre-facelift then? Not sure I can bring my self to destroy a set of facelifts just for the lenses...

Hellstrom
i just recently did this. its straight forward i bought 1 broken set of facelift tails and 1 set of brand new. removed the clear lenses from the broken set and just replaced it. i did need som modification to fit but it was easy! http://www.garaget.org/suprahellstrom are some pics of it Edited September 14, 2011 by Hellstrom (see edit history)
R3DG3CKO ROB
Looks awesome, cheers for the help guys. Does anyone know if I need to rewire anything when swapping from Standard J-Spec to Facelift fronts and rears? - the side lights are obviously different as the "igloos" aren't present on the newer ones. Other than the sidelights not being there everything else is the same
