JamieP
Orange beast had very small allen head nuts and bolts on the arches, looked cool.

barneybrendan
Can you not get selftapper allen head bolts? not sure they would hold good enough to be honest. would rivet nuts work or would that make the arches sit out proud too much

barneybrendan
im going to take the interior panels off and check to see if i can get to the back of the cars bodywork to see if i can fit nuts and bolts as in Jamie's idea. barneybrendan
I thought you were onto a winner with the rivnuts. just watched a video of them on youtube but they leave a collar around the outside like a washer.Im not going to dismis them as i was thinking of putting a small adhesive strip between the arch and the body. RobD
Riveted nuts work ok for that, a mate just had his s13 wide arch kit put on with those and they haven't left gaps at all I'll try get a close up pic for you

Noz
Why not line them up with nuts first, then rivet after to make sure holes line up pukka?
barneybrendan
As ive said noz not sure i can get at the back to fit nuts yet.
Noz
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm thats a bummer, what about using over sized bolts, they might thread into the hole and not give the harsh effects of a self tapper but might just allow you to sit the archs to check?
