Nic
Intake plenum/injector setup looks interesting. http://www.aeu86.org/download/ae86/id/12306.jpg http://www.aeu86.org/download/ae86/id/12305.jpg http://www.aeu86.org/download/ae86/id/12310.jpg
Swampy442
Before I knew better, I assumed thats exactly how a sequential turbo set up worked, one small and one large turbo, makes tons of sense to me Some top notch fab work there. That manifold is a work of art.

barneybrendan
that is some work gone into that twin charging was always my end plan thats why i tried to get the charger in where it is now to leave the exhaust side free.No way im going that far now though. JamieP
To much to go wrong, looks a nightmare, if you want low down power and top end power just fit turbocharged LSX engine.
mellonman
wow just wow, its not the simplest of set ups but would be good to see the end spec but does look like he has only bovered with the turbos and charger engine looks raggid
dr_jekyll
thats just an " ive got a bigger penis than you" build if you ask me . hats off to the skill and workmanship but is it really needed. just use a big charged v8 if unusable torque is that important. but maybe ive missed the point of the build maybe its just a technical "look what i can do" build rather than someing that actually going to be useable
supraGZaerotop
looks nuts that, agreed with jamie tho, to much to go wrong, cool tho
Chris Wilson
An LS9 seems pretty tame compared to that thing. But probably a LOT more reliable and practical
ripped_fear
I'm not too sure what to say about that! i'm sure it would be interesting to drive to say the least

David P
First class proto-work, this bloke has really had-a-go and I would be interested to read more of what he hasn't said or what he's up to now. Homer
It makes me wonder how much that lot weighs... That is a lot to be hanging off the exhaust studs alone! There is a hell of a lot to go wrong in the setup, would be interesting to see a proper engine dyno of it. It seems more of a "because I can" configuration than for any practical or cost effective solution to get a useable torque curve.

I wouldn't worry about the exhaust studs, you could hang off of one of them in perfect safety It's an insane setup but all credit to the guy for doing it

Hellstrom
actually i would. when it starts to heat up the weight would pull it all down making the piping bending. unless you secure it at mulitple points from the head using brackets/bridges with some massive steel! This is an insane build. its deffo a build for showoff more then practial. iam impressed thouh. he is good with the TIG. supracars
Hats off to the guy, im sure someone skilled enough to build something like that, must off gone through all the things that could go wrong and have everthing under control. jagman
Complex to say the least! ,looks like compound series setup - the 2 turbos make it even more complex and is unnecessary , cant see any check valves so compressor surge is likely - there are easier ways ..
