skippyboyo1
Hello again guys! Right so ive now established that there is no such thing as Glass facelift headlight unless you modify them, My question is this..... I have a good friend at Toyota who has quoted me £280 plus VAT (this is staff discounted) for a pair of 1997 headlights (the options were 93-95, 96-97 and 97 onwards) now if i order these i cant send them back.......will these be the headlights which are black inside with 3 chrome rings????? thanks in advance! (again) edit...these will be uk lights that toyota order Edited September 8, 2011 by skippyboyo1 (see edit history)
Scott
Nope, the facelift ones are around £500 However, 97 was definitely facelift so there is something up with your mates IPC.
imi
yes and they will be plastic, although the price seems too cheap. should be around 450-500 there is a part number here that you can compare against.

Scott
just trying to work out if they are the right ones jamie if they are im going to talk to him about getting a few sets 50% though? There are guys here that work with Toyota, the best they can normally do is 20% and in most cases 10% iirc. Easy way to check, find out the normal retail price. Glass are around £350 all in, pre-facelift are around £280 and facelift are around £550.

Abz
If matey can get discounts like that I am sure a few members would be interested in getting group buy items so rather than getting one item he could say order 10? I know a lot of people who like to upgrade to UK brakes.
Supranature
You say the lights will be a 97 variant (facelift), but then add that they will be UK lights. Not possible bud.....

chazuk
I picked up mine last week from my local T for 536 includes vat ,So it worked out about 235 each without vat, I reckon with a group buy it would come down a fair bit more Edited September 9, 2011 by chazuk (see edit history)
