dr_jekyll Posted September 6, 2011 Share Posted September 6, 2011 quick guide oil feed, .remove union bolt that holds oil fiter housing to block . replace with lexus is 300 bolt that had a taperd thread in the head or . take yiour existing bolt to a machine shop and have the head of the holow bolt drilles and threaded with a 1/4 bsp . . have a high quuality line made up by a hydraulics specialist to suit the new thread with a abnjo on the other end to fit the turbo. oil return remove sump drill out pre blanked hole tap pre drilled holes either side with thread to siut the bolts that are with youre flange do not over tighten the flance . the sump is alloy and very soft Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
