The car worked very god before its just happend when the car was in garage for 2days. I have checked everything and all seems like god. I run with a Aem ems v1 and its working very god. Everytime i want make a start its just going around and slams very loud, but when i pump the gas fast its start but going on few cylinders up to 3000rpm after 4000rpm its going god only when the engine start. Scott
I would post up a video. Banging would say the bottom end is gone but I would be surprised if that happened sitting in the garage. A lumpy idle could be explained by dodgy coil pack clips, injector failure, spark plug failure etc. Best thing to do is get the spark plug cover off and check all that out. Take all the plugs out and turn the car over with the efi fuse out to see if you still get the knocking. If you do I would think worst case scenario. If you don't then take it from there. I really hope you haven't dropped a plug or a valve.
Guest Kurdson
whrn i opened the spark plug it was a little hard piece of plastic on the spark plug? the last spark plug. What is this? where did it come from? Its seems like ARP badge
Scott
You need to start taking pictures of things so that we can see what you mean It could be pieces of the coil pack connector, a dodgy coil pack connector can lead to your engine idling very rough and sometimes not able to hold idle if more than one in a row is shot. Guest Kurdson
I will try to start with other Coil pack.
Scott
I will try to start with other Coil pack. I doubt it'll be the coil pack bud. It's the coil pack clips you need to look at first. Coil pack would be the last link in the chain I would be checking.
Guest Kurdson
Here u can see when i try start the car with a orginal ECU. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8kK52N2s_k
Scott
You can't run it on an original ECU if you have larger injectors mate. Sounds like it's running on 4 cylinders or less.
Guest Kurdson
I have started with orginal ecu before and it has worked really well its only runing rich when i gas fully.

Nic
I have started with orginal ecu before and it has worked really well its only runing rich when i gas fully. You are trying to start the car with the stock ECU, fit a standalone ECU and get someone who knows what they are doing to map it, problem solved! imi
Here u can see when i try start the car with a orginal ECU. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8kK52N2s_k That sounds really bad. Like scott said, I'd check to see whether all 6 cylinders were firing first as it sounds extremely rough.

I noticed today that one of my coilpack dosnt work, the first of the manifold was cold and the rest were hot! this could be the problem? If so, why does the car go badly when i gas fully?
