evinX Posted September 1, 2011 Share Posted September 1, 2011 Keep the bonnet, the strut will be a bar across all the hard work imo and the do luck bonnet sets the exterior of, i wouldnt loose the bonnet for the brace, the engine is nice enough! Just fyi, you are missing the strut spreader washer things from your bay. I wouldnt leave those out as they act like spreader plates and the strut mount is very thin on its own. It's a fiberglass so if the worst happens and you hit something it's going to make no difference what so ever if the bonnets been modded or not it's going to explode. Just mod the bonnet mate.
