Rookey
Hey all, I've just realised with lots of life changes and stress I've been eating more unhealthy stuff over the past 8 months and gained, wait for it, almost 2st! I used to train a lot so was undertaking cyclic ketosis (CKD) as a training program and that work incredibly well for a year or so but I now no longer have the time to "gym it" 3-5 times a week. One of my old training buddies suggested The Zone by Barry Sears as a nutritional guide. Has anyone followed this before? Anyone know if it's any good as a nutrition/diet plan without the need for gym work for the majority of the week? I need to shed those 2st and get back to around 14st ASAP as I'm getting hitched early next year, and have a lot of other things I'd rather not look like a tub for Cheers Dave

Rookey
As a general rule, there's no better than that... Although I'm looking along the lines of not just eating "less" but eating "right". I have a job that's focussed around high energy so if I'm eating less I need to make sure it's the right fuel for my body thus providing good/strong energy levels as well.
