K10 Micra Cutting out on idle

Hey

 

Forgot to put petrol in her ha ha I only noticed because she cut out and taught "Hang on a min, this car needs petrol!"

 

But I topped her up; she still cuts out when I stop(on idle), she fires straight back up; if I keep some revs up she doesnt cut out.

 

It only seems to happen after she is up to temperature.

 

I presume she took up some crap from the bottom of the tank; any ideas on what to do!
