Time Prediction for my Build

Scott

Recommended Posts

Ok so people always ask for predictions on the amount of power their car is going to make. I was copying over some stuff from my build thread and it got me wondering.... how long is this going to take me?

At the moment I've worked on the car 7 seperate days. I've spent an average of 3 hours for each day I have worked on it.

The build "days" will only include removing, fitting, fettling with and fabricating parts. No painting or cleaning will be included.

So..What's your prediction for my build in days? I haven't actually logged the hours exactly so will just stick with days.

6 - 8 Months dude, but i've factored in Mapping and things that might go wrong...

I think you've missed what I'm getting at bud. 6-8 months would mean me spending 180 to 240 days on it lol. It will take me at least 6 months to get the car finished, I'm just aiming for next spring/summer. What I mean is how many individual days will I actually spend on the car.

Over the last 3 weeks I have spent 7 days on it averaging 3 hours per day (21 hours total). If I was to spend 240 days on it at the rate I am currently working it would take me 720 days :D
