djg99
I put mine where the old SMIC went as changed to a FMIC plenty of space and air there!
Dnk
I'd go for either side of the fmic, plenty of room in my bumper, i'd fit a custom frame to bumper base with some hangers coming down from the frame the headlights sit on
TheTurtleshead
Put the coolers resting on the front plate the sits between the rad and the IC? As you are not running an aircon rad. Simply put a few nutserts into the transverse bit of chassis and sit them on it?? I believe Hodge put his Oil cooler there

Rob_Mitchell
voila! yeah his coolers have decent brackets built in so you can mount them, the srd ones dont, making the brackets is easy but its attaching them to the coolers is going to be tricky as there is not much to mount the other end of the bracket to. Rob_Mitchell
I have mounted 1 cooler ontop of the other cooler like the pic, (not my car) but obviously i have no air con rad, i can make the brackets to come off the front panel but ANY ideas how i would mount the cooler to the bracket? securely!.. would tacking a weld/bracket to the frame of the cooler damage it? Rob_Mitchell
How do they fit as i've looked on the SRD thread but its not very clear how you mount them usually you mount the coolers to the air-con rad, really long rods push through the coolers and rad and its like a cable tie design to lock it all secure... bloody good design but i cant do it that way. the insructions show mounting using brackets but the tiny screws are not that strong and im worried they wont hold it.
