ive got a replacement pipe to go from the PAS to the resivour, PVC, 16mm

got a jubilee clip each end done up TIGHT.

there is a bit of fluid still seaping thro tho i beleive, as the pump has some oil on.

whats the best way/product to stop this?

spoken to member who advised just put some sealer on the base of the pump where meets the pipe, (thanks again pedrosixfour :)

anyone got any products/methods to cure this leak?

I'm not meaning to sound cheeky here, although I know it will come across this way, but I always have a really tough time reading your posts. Is English your first language?

The reason I ask is that it's easy to forgive if it isn't, but if it is then you are really lazy with your posting. Text 'speech' is also forbidden on the forum.

EDIT:

only way i can describe further is that i have joined the resivour to the pump, with new pipe.

i have oil leaking where the pipe meets the pump,

i have jubilee clipped the pipe to the pump,

do other people use a special sealer to prevent the fluid dribbling out the pipe onto the pump..

Didn't realize that the pvc pipe would be incorrect, as it stated oil resistant,

I've put some oil resistant sealer on it now to see if that holds it, what materiel is the OEM pipe? Will get some...

The OEM pipe is Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) - I only know as I have on sat in front of me at the moment!

does he look English with that beaten about the face with a raw fish mugshot?? :D

There are a couple of Pakistani guys near where I stay, they run the local shop. Both born and bred in Scotland and as Scottish as it gets when talking to them. Their first language is English bud.

Can't judge people on their appearance ;)
