krisso_pl
Hi guys and gals! I try to post here, coz in other section, nobody answered I finally collected most of the needed parts and started my project. Few words about the parts: Custom exhaust manifold Holset HX35 R34 FMIC 550ccm TT headgasket SSQV Bosh 040 XS Wastegate with screamer pipe HKS Titanium Infamous tailand intake manifold Q45 TB AVCR Piggyback Work started and I have some questions. First: I want to delete EGR, carcoal canister and as many not needed vacuum lines and hoses as possible. I found a thread how to remove EGR and canister but still dont know nothing about the rest. Maybe it would be easier to ask what vacuum lines need to stay connected to the new manifold. Can someone tell me how to do it or give me any advice? pictures much apreciated. Loom - look a the picture - it seems that I have to splice the loom and rewire it? I need to place it under the new manifold, and extend few wires. Also what about cruise connector, what do I need to do , to delete whole cruise unit? Bigger problem - I need to move somewhere fuse box, washer fluid reservoir and do something with power steering reservoir... anybody with any idea? Oil feed for turbo. I have read many thread where to take it from. Some union bolts, oil pan drilling, brackets under oil filter... what is the best, most reliable and easiest way to feed the turbo? Last thing - any other advice?

Ian C
That manifold seems like a lot of effort for no real gain... Your limit to power will be the high compression and distributor based ignition, and those 550cc injectors. You're a long way off needing a fancy intake. If you're fitting it for the looks then fair enough and good luck to you
krisso_pl
Pranavghule thanks for the proposition but I will first try with the one I have. Ian - why lot of effort? Just need to change the flange for IACV. Better looks, better flow, less piping, better access to sparks. Compression will be lowered by TT headgasket. In US there is a lot of supras making high HP still based on distributor - it will be ok for now, believe me 550ccm injectors for my power goal are enaugh for now. Feel invited to my project thread and leave your gain in the main discussion http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?239994-Krisso-NA-T-Polish-project/page7
