Steve, they were very popular in Japan a few years ago, as they are relatively light in weight and expensive, so were one of those must have mods. Not everyones cup of tea though, Digsy use to have a set and was the butt of few jokes if I remember correctly. I think a set were up for sale/sold in the for sale section recently, you might want to do a search and find out how much they were sold for. SteveL
Steve - I don't think there too bad... ( opens door, steps back and waits for stampeed ) If they're 17" or 18" keep 'em for track days - then you can get cheaper tyres and enjoy it on track - not worrying that you're scrubbing out expensive rubber. ( thats what I do....) Also, as there are a few drifters using them, they may become worth more even after you've abused them :-)) SteveL
Nic
Are they magnesium? If they are, you could always set light to them and have a good light show

SteveL
Nankang - the 'ol screamer tyres.... get em on the track - you'll have a massive audience as you go round corners !!! - and they'll last for ever... I ran a set for nearly 2 years including 4 track days.
black cat
they ve done 2 jap fests and one donington track day and i still have the same rears that were new in sept 2003!!!!!!! , mined the right rear is nearly a slick. tt steve
letmeshowyou
i approve of the wheels! I have to say that tho as mine are the same but the centre's are powder coated black!
black cat
how did you get them powder coated in two colours??? they told me it couldnt be done........ tt steve
letmeshowyou
i didn't have it done, they were like it when i got them... originally it looks like the centres were powder coated and the outers were anodized red. Someone has since had the outers painted silver.
black cat
i see....... i had them all done in black chrome but wanted centres in black to take away from the 3 spokes!!!!!. i think we are on our own with the old school wheels....... tt steve. letmeshowyou
lol ur prob right mate but I'm not too fussed - having the centres black makes it much harder to notice, plus they are so light it cant be bad (i'm convinced they weigh less than the space saver spare!) Prof. Monkey
I have some triple spokes I am going to get rid off as I have moved onto some newe wheels by KEI Racing. Got a good price from Gaz at ENVY! (Thanks, Gaz) One of the front wheels has a slight buckle, which you can feel at over 70leptons, what price do you think would be reasonable? They are Try Force "Zelda's" I am sorry for the: I aint no pirate!

Prof. Monkey
Centre caps? Dunno, just ordered them from our friends at ENVY might be up your neck of the woods to have them fitted....
