I now have 4 people im waiting for replies off. What really pee's me off is that i can see they have been online after i have sent a Pm. Maybe the parts are sold? Will people please have the decency to close their for sale thread or reply to their PM's.

If your refering to me pal i got so P£$$£& off with people asking me silly questions and offering me peanuts for the bumper i ended up ignoring most PM's i advertised at the price i wanted to sell it at, not for some people to offer me 20 or 30 quid less usually people are pretty good on this forum as i have sold items before but there are also twats that spoil it for everyone else.

You was one of the people on my list mate. If you didn't want to take offers on the bumper then why did you advertise for £50 ONO ? I did offer you full asking price but asked if you could deliver for that and a second offer if i was to collect. It only takes a simple reply to say that you wont deliver or at my cost etc. I would of still had it as my cousin happened to be over your way last week and could of collected anyway.

No worries, take it as some feedback maybe for next time :)

The system is systematically  abused by many.

Sellers regularly withhold feedback until the buyer (who upon payment had completed their contract) has received the item and given good rep.

This seller activity is a threat to the buyer who consequently, can't give bad rep for bad experiences because would most likely receive bad rep in return!

That's not entirely true. You aren't restricted to leaving feedback, you can leave as much as you see fit. You could leave positive feedback and then leave negative feedback at a later date. In fact, you can leave feedback for things you haven't bought and sold... just for the hell of it :D

Not sure that would go down so well with the mods though :)

The reason I don't leave feedback automatically is because I generally can't be bothered (i'm honest). I feel obliged to when someone is kind enough to do so for me though.

I KNOW what i advertised it for and it was £50 ONO collection only, not £30 as you wanted or £50 delivered it was fairly priced anyway.

Never had a problem myself, although I haven't bought and sold a great deal.

I have very little faith in passing on my cash to people I don't even know so I generally stick to members that I feel will not be daft enough to rip me off.

H.

Same here.If it was a total bargain but a "Newbie"I'd leave it but if it was someone i interact with alls cool.

well dont put ONO after the price then if you didnt want offers !

Like i say tho, a simple PM back to say 'no' i want xxx amount etc and there would of been no issues. I would of paid your full asking price. You asked for offers at the end of the day!
