Swampy442
Got a strange problem with my Sky HD box. When I record audio programmes e.g Radio 1 and play it back, it skips forward a couple of seconds every 10 seconds or so. It only does this on audio programmes, not on visual ones either in HD or sd. Tried the box reconfig, tried the mexican reboot but it still does it. Any ideas?
Sheefa
Hi Swampy, I used a good mate at SKY called Richard contactable on 07584125511. He's been brilliant with our full rewire install so might be worth giving him a buzz and mention my name. He'll happily help. Greg

MaveriK
Its a known issue with the latest flavour of their software. Sky are aware of the issue and are looking into solutions which will no doubt be another software update.

Tricky-Ricky
Had to have a look at this thread, do you really think anyone who actually was a sky installer/engineer would actually admit it, and open themselves up to all the agro, With the amount of problems that you experience and hear about with Sky LOL! Anyway all the so called sky engineers i have seen, couldn't engineer themselves out of a paper bag, i knew far more about the system than most of the ones that have turned up to replace/fix a sky box etc.
Swampy442
Personally Ive not had a single problem with Sky (until this time) in many years, apart from the price lol.
