hp006
I have wired in the traction control. Having taken it for a drive its picking up the front two wheels but not the rear two. The car has no abs and i have swapped the hubs over for abs hubs. Could it be the sensors are dead in the hubs or is the tc a pain the backside? Only reason i ask about the hubs is the front ones it picked up easily and would think the rear would be the same. If it is the sensors in the hubs can these be replaced? Find it odd that both would not work though? Any help please.
Chris Wilson
Find a garage with a Bosch ABS diagnostic machine, or one that knows how to use an oscilloscope. Get them to check the front wheel sensor outputs on the brake tester, or on the road. However, the RL kit has a similar inbuilt function, it can show wheel speed sensor output in real time. The first test I mention can take the output from the connectors under the bonnet though, bypassing any RL wiring issues. I could check this buy I am some way from you.
