dandan Posted August 15, 2011 Share Posted August 15, 2011 I'm thinking of buying a decent woodburner with back boiler and linking it into a sealed oil fired combination boiler system, does anyone have anything similar? Also considering a smaller solar tube array for basic hot water needs in the summer so there's no need to have the furnace roaring in the living room Right now I'm trying to decide how complicated it'll be...all three sources into a thermal store for DHW and CH or just use them for hot water only and keep the oil boiler for heating when the wood burner isn't enough.
