Thanks Easy. Just remove the 12 or so allen head bolts from the central plastic spark plug cover and remove it. Then you will be able to get to all the bolts that hold each cam cover down. Be careful on their removal and you should be fine to re-use the rubber gaskets again. Nothing else much really to worry about except the usual extreme caution in not letting anything drop into the now exposed camshaft gulleys. MONKEYmark Posted January 24, 2003 Share Posted January 24, 2003 have just done mine other day,the back bolts on the cam covers were hard to get to. i even managed to drop a bolt all down engine. will have to jack car up and see if it drops. its akward with all pipes in way. get one of them telesopic magnets to make sure you dont have any problems.i have stripped intake side alloy pipes out to get polished too the pipes inbetween turbos. all nuts i took out have screwed them back in original holes so i dont loose them.also have covered cams up with some thick plastic. let us know how you get on. got a few pics if you need any have fun Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
