jimwire
Selling these on ebay but will end the auction for a forum member. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220832820695&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT Wheels are 8Jx15. Tyres are 275/50/15. Bought off Jamie from this thread: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?242639-15-quot-Drag-wheel-tyres-setup.-SOLD&highlight=drag+wheels+tyres Only did 6 runs with them on but my car has been lowered so much they hit the arches. I have been told they will fit a stock height car with the pressures low without issues or a car with rolled arches. I'd really like to get back what I paid for them As I only did 6 runs with them. That being £300 collected or plus £20 delivery.

Neil-NA
I would love these as its cheaper than buying MT's for my 16's but i dont think the NA has any use for anything as serious as that GLWS
SaqTRD
Free bump for great wheels/tyre setup. I have these on my supra before Jamie brought them off me and had no problem with them as my arches were rolled. My car was probably the same ride height as jimwire's if not more. Jimwire, your arches haven't been rolled properly hence the rubbing, i dont thing the ride height has alot to do with the rubbing as no matter how low it is, it'll squat when drag racing anyway. Its all about being able to clear the arches, so guys these tyres will fit a standard supra as long as you have rolled arches. So dont be put off buying these!!! Heres some pics of my car running them: -
SaqTRD
My best 1/4 mile on these tyres was 12.5053 1/4 mile @109.38mph (BFG Street Radials) The was the quickest BPU Twin Turbo on the day at Japshow which won me a trophy

TT Paul
free bump and question, so jim saying they fit with low psi?? or does it really need arches rolled ???
jimwire
I was thinking shaqTRD had not got rolled arches so they would fit stock with low psi but he says they are rolled. Therefore to be safe you would need rolled arches to run these.
GazB
When you used them without rolled arches and the rubbed what damage did they do to the tyres? Did it leave a groove?
jimwire
There is a very fine mark but no groove. If I had run them more I'm sure it would have turned into a groove. I can post pictures of the side wall if anyone is interested?

jimwire
As you can see from the picture it's mainly a paint mark. There is enough tread for at least one session. Your also welcome to come and have a look at them if you like.
Noz
My supra is lowered, I don't have issues with the arch's on my 17-275-45 but i had issues with my 265-40-18 so i had to raise it a little, changed to 275 and still had no issues. its an arch issue not a width. probably lowered even more than i am. i wouldnt think anyone would have issues unless they have lowered too far on soft setting. stock arch on slightly lowered would be fine, only require rolled archs if you go super low. here is a photo of how low my supra is. i have HSD's and they aren't on soft settting. photo shows AFTER i raised, and no 275 issues, arches are stock. GazB
After destroying a set of brand new MT's at Suprapod 2009 in 2 x 1/4 mile runs i had my arches rolled so there isn't a problem there, i'll need to swap my rear brakes to j-spec which isn't that much of a problem as i've got a set in the workshop, so its just a case of do i want to spend £300 and have i got enough time to get it sorted before Oct 15th
