Guest kenblockseal
Ive recently bought a project drag car to build up. The idle control valve next to the inlet plenium is missing, its been blanked off with a samco hose in it and a bolt in it. Is this normal when its had a single conversion ? Or should i refit one , As i want the car to idle properly. I can get a picture later on as im going to the workshop later on to do some wiring. Any help apreciated, Kenny. Paul Whiffin
Personally I would fit the idle valve back on, makes it more user friendly. You'll probably find the connector lurking underneath the manifold somewhere. Best bet would be to mount the idle valve underneath the manifold for neatness, that's what we normally do with the Greddy manifolds. Guest kenblockseal
Hi Paul, Thanks for replying, Do you have any pictures of the way you have mounted it, I was thinking the same way was you, i want the car to idle nicely from cold etc. Thanks. Kenny.

Kenny. Just need to get some flexi silicon hose so you can run it under the manifold, haven't got any pics I'm afraid though.
