Hi this is sort of a crossover from aristo owners club, but i payed for wheels on a thread by DSSD or richard ass you may know him.

http://clubaristo.net/forums/showthread.php?t=27533

I sent him money via bank transfer on the 25 of MAY, yet after lots of communication 4 couriers have failed to send the wheels to my address, My car has been on axle stands for two almost 2 months now. it needs a new battery and i sold my old wheels so now im really stuck. Richard has told me that he has now transferred the money back to me in a full refund but in the last three weeks he has tried three times and i still have not got my cash back...

Has anyone else had any similar dealings with him?

If I am buying something from an individual on the internet I'll always go and collect it myself. If it's too far then I'll more than likely write it off.

Even seemingly genuine companies can be a hassle to deal with, why would you trust a random individual with whom there is little to no recourse?
