Marco79 Posted August 8, 2011 Share Posted August 8, 2011 When running nitrous I'm getting clutch slip in 4th and am looking into an upgrade, would a tt clutch be better/compatible? Homer Posted August 8, 2011 Share Posted August 8, 2011 TT 6spd clutch won't fit. Unfortunately the options are a bit limited on the w58. There are no organic plate clutches I've found so far that are going to be much use above 300lb/ft, so you're going to be looking at puck clutches (Horrible things IME). Engagement and drivabilty. It's a bit of a generalisation, but puck clutches will have a fairly harsh engagement. By design they are very on/off, but need to be to acheive the torque ratings they do.
