SupraDan24
I'm just about to remove my front wheels to have them chemically treated to remove the powder coat. Are my axle stands fine going where i have the first one placed now? I'm a bit paranoid when it comes to placing my stands, so i want to check first The picture is taken from just behing the pass front wheel btw. Thanks Dan
pedrosixfour
Thats a lot of weight to be putting on an adjuster buddy. I'd put the stands either under the subframe or under the chassis rails.

pedrosixfour
Best I can do I'm afraid. I'd go for the point under the engine area, but obviously with a stand at each end of the crossmember, as the type of stands you have may damage the lip that the standard jack is meant to slip on to.
