Stewart10
Hi all, I have a 95 N/A and it's failed by 0.3 on the emissions test. Aside from this there was an issue with the brake hoses but I've managed to source a pair of these and also the fog light needs to be fixed... somehow?!! I changed the o2 sensors about 3 months ago but I'm not sure if that is going to make a difference or not. My plan is to change the sensors back and then maybe try again later today? It is decatted but it passed last year in exactly the same MOT place and I've not changed anything Any tips please as I'm really stuck here? Nic
Did you fit genuine Toyota oxygen sensors? You could just refit the 2nd cat for the MOT and then swap back afterwards.
Stewart10
They are Denso ones which are apparently exactly the same, a guy on a thread on here recommended them, bought from RockAuto in USA
Stewart10
Just wanted to add in simple language that the N/A is a GE not GTE and therefore it passed with flying colours 2nd time thanks to the advice on here
