Got a "difficult" car in, I think the ecu has died, no injector driver outputs, check engine light on all the time, even with ignition off. Plus the battery discharges in two hours. Only way to extinguish light is to disconnect the battery. Thanks. I would consider an auto none VVTi TT ecu if it was very cheap, just for test purposes. JODY T Posted July 28, 2011 Share Posted July 28, 2011 I had a car do similar and it turned out to be a damaged grey plug in the pass footwell.. Repaired and it was fine..
