Josh
Gosh, it's such an easy life having an N/A, we can just turn the car of and go to bed without worries At least if anyone steals it while you're asleep, you'll hear it start, have time to get dressed and you'll still be able to run after and catch up with it to get it back Edited July 28, 2011 by Josh (see edit history)
Gaz6002
Do you have any material proof that this is bad for the engine? As if you have I would like to read it to make an informed decision. The last thing I want to be doing is creating excess wear or damaging the engine. I've just wasted half an hour of my life looking for a thread with no success, so unfortunately I can't back up what I said right now. I might try again later. I didn't say it *will* do damage though, just that the way I see it it's more likely to if something is already wrong, compared to going for a slow run to drive down engine temps after a hard ragging, as the coolant system isn't working at its optimum when the car is sat still. What I believe I've done is confuse this matter more than I should have

I'd rather base my decisions upon my own understandings rather than what someone tells me. This is in no way having a dig or saying you don't what you're on about its just how I roll. Plus I love learning new stuff about cars

It made the car, after all and I don't blame you for not believing me - I know nothing
