Fully Built engine - Good for 1000bhp+ and 9000rpm

Any Inspections are welcome as well as any testing on engine but full independent inspection report will be included

 

 

Fully built and inspected engine

New genuine Toyota cylinder head

HKS 264 intake camshaft whifbitz 264 exhaust camshaft

Titan Motorsport cam gears

Correctly set cam timing

Custom manufactured valve shims (turned, hardened, tempered and ground to size)

3 angle cut valve seats (All machined to within 1 thou of concentricity to valve guides)

Ferrea +1mm oversize intake valves

Ferrea +1mm oversize exhaust valves

Ferrea valve oil stem seals

Ferrea dual springs

Ferrea dual valve spring seats (used in conjunction with stock spring seats)

Ferrea titanium valve retainers

Ferrea valve locks

Stock head gasket

Stock engine block machined to 86.5mm

8.5:1 compression ratio (same as stock)

86.5mm CP pistons balanced to G6.3 by Vibration Free

Correctly gapped CP piston rings

Carillo rods fully balanced to G6.3 by vibration Free

Carr rod bolts

Power Enterprise F1 black big end bearings

Stock crankshaft balanced to G6.3 by Vibration Free

Power Enterprise F1 black main bearings

Shot blasted and custom machined upper sump pan

New genuine Toyota oil pump

New genuine Toyota water pump

New genuine Toyota front crank seal

New genuine Toyota rear crank seal

New genuine Toyota rear crank seal housing

New genuine Toyota crankshaft dampener balanced to G6.3 by Vibration Free

Power Enterprise camshaft timing belt

Recent genuine Toyota alternator

K&N idle speed control solenoid valve filter

TRD Japan oil filter

Silkolene Pro S oil

Custom machined and blanked coolant elbow

 

Small Oil leak to fix when engine is removed but apart from that it is perfect for any 1000bhp project

 

Engine has been built and balanced to rev to up to 10,000 RPM but 9000rpm is recommended

 

Only needs some higher lift cams and a GT42RS and will piss 1000bhp

Right guys did a compression test on it last night and produced

 

1. 162

3. 164

4. 167

5 .163

6. 160

 

Now my trusty old Compression tester could be wrong but its a little lower than i was expecting so i would recommend to the new owner why the engines out to deglaze the bores again which is a piece of piss and bang some total seal rings on it. Because of this i have lowered the price to £4500

Thats actually higher than Toyota list Ryan!! Their figure is 158 psi with a deviation between cylinders of 14psi. Looks pretty good to me, I would be leaving well alone.
