Getrag
Just updated my '02 Golf TDI with 155,000 miles to a '07 TDI, absolutely love it but wanna keep that black shine going. What is the best wax purely by way of speed and quick results. Or indeed something other than a wax.....cant afford a butler lol. Thanks guys. AndrewOW
I'd thought that Turtle Wax 'Wax it wet' would be an easy and quick way to get that job done. It lasts quite well too.

Havard
As above easy to wax on wax off but for 40 notes thats quite cheap really It's about £23 on Amazon. I love this stuff though, can do a whole car in an hour easy. I have also got the Aqua wax which is meant to be a quick spray wax, the HD lasts 10 times as long and takes about 20 miutes more to apply. H. Guest Budz86
The chemical guys butter wet wax is pretty good, you can just wipe on, wipe off and no need to let it cure. Although I think it's more of a glaze than a wax and you will only get the top results if you've clayed the car and polished it beforehand, but even without doing that the shine is still quite good and would look better on black
TubbyTwo
Nattys Blue. Not going to get an amazing finish without properly prepping the surface first tho.
Getrag
Thanks guys. I found 3 bottles in my garage, meguiars step 1/2/3. Although not quick I'm guessing if used correctly it would work well.
