Guest Jovis88
Hi all, My names Joe, Been looking around this site for some time now seeing what's what and iv wanted a supra for a long time. Been recommended by Jez who is also a member to sign up and ask anything or look for anything I need. The story goes I had previously 2 corsas to get me on the road, then went onto a mr2 which was very expensive at the time, now I'm driving a astra 1.6 sxi. But selling and now my next car is a supra :-) Pref a n/a manual as it's cheaper to insure than the auto, but if a nice auto comes up then willing to view. Josh
Welcome You'll find quite a lot of NAs coming up for sale in the classifieds section. Good luck in finding a good'un!

Havard
Welcome. The gearbox selection does not affect the insurance. You will find with certain insurers that the TT is cheaper than the NA but it probably because they only have the UK version on their data base. There are some nice NA manuals around if you are patient. Good luck with your search. H.
Guest Jovis88
Ah right thanks havard and thanks for the welcome all. Iv got some patients :-). I will just keep checking to see when one will pop up. I'm looking at spending around £1700 if possible for a reliable decent one, but maybe asking for too much.lol.

I would advise you to up your budget and find a good clean car from the off. Once you start spending on these cars it soon mounts up. If you are spending on repairs as well as modding then you could find yourself in a world of pain. I would imagine you could pick up a 5 speed NA for between £2500 and £3000 if you wait a while. H.
