Ryan.G Posted July 23, 2011 Share Posted July 23, 2011 Blitz Twin Turbo Kit – 600 - 1000bhp These Turbo’s came of Tony Licences car which it made 640bhp at 1.7bar wheel spinning at SRR. It was fitted with the small 0.54 exhaust housing. Turbo’s have just been inspected by turbo technics and were fitted with new bearings. (receipt included) Comes with the bigger exhaust housing to allow the turbos to run up to 1000bhp at around 2bar of boost. The kit is literally bolt on and has been serious updated from what Blitz offer. Now has all v band joins, new D4 Wastegates, zirkotec coating and turbo blankets and all with Aeroquip fittings. Kits includes: Twin KKK 450R turbos with 0.54 exhaust housings. (0.72 exhaust housings will also be supplied which will take the turbo good for 1000bhp at around 2bar of boost) Boostlogic turbo blankets Twin D4 wastegates. Custom made fully sealing stainless steel 316L wastegate gaskets. Zirkotek coated modified exhaust manifold Zirkotek coated custom intake pipework Zirkotek coated custom intercooler pipework Zirkotek coated custom downpipes Zirkotek coated wastegate return pipe Blitz turbo oil feed manifolds Custom machined turbo oil exit manifolds Custom machined turbo to engine return manifold Aeroquip heatshielded Teflon -4 oil feeds Aeroquip heatshieded Teflon -8 oil return Aeroquip -4 racing hose boost control solenoid lines Custom K&N air intake £2700 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
