Attero
On my front passenger corner I have some knocking (which I hear all too frequently on these damn island roads) and tyre wear on the side. I recently had the tracking done and was told the fronts didn't need to doing because they were perfectly aligned. The rears did need doing however. So I don't believe it's the tracking. I was wandering if the knocking has any relation to the tyre wear. The last time I checked, there didn't seem to be any play in the wheel when I shake it and nothing seemed to move abnormally when I shook all the parts beneath the wheel. Any thoughts? Attero
I've discovered that the front passenger side shock absorber is on it's way out. But would this cause problems with excessive tyre wear on the side?
Chris Wilson
Proabably not, no.
