rob wild
Was in New York and Washington last week with work and whilst in New York came across some very nice motors and thought it would be shame not to take a few pictures Then I saw this and it totally made my day Don't think it was standard either when it took off

supramkivcork
I've seen 2 in NY over the years, both stock looking black tt and a yellow one. Btw Rob , have you any tips on accommodation ? Thinking of booking an apartment this year
Bobbeh
You after hotels or rented accommodation?
supramkivcork
Short term apartments mate(8 night stay) . Hotels that we know are quite expensive considering what you get at the moment. We've stayed in apartments a few years ago in Chelsea twice and 3rd Avenue 30th? Street I think. Just looking for fresh recommendations as there is so many options it's good to know someone can recommend a positive experience with a certain site or apartment etc. Regards Mark
Bobbeh
Whenever I've been staying in NYC its usually been in hotels.. I hear Greenwich Village is supposed to be a nice trendy area for bars/clubs/Bohemia etc... can't really add more than that, sorry
supramkivcork
We've stayed in the finanical district first year (won a competition), wellington hotel , affinia50 and the 3 different apartments. Apartments looking about half price at the moment in terms of where we want to stay. Having said that a cousin of mine supposedly has a contact that can get cheap accommodation in the Waldorf Astoria , I'll believe it when I see it though lol. Bobbeh
Hmm, Hilton Honours member by any chance? I stayed in the Westin off Time Square and that was nice... rooms were only about £84 a night too which I didnt think was too bad considering the location. Also been in the Sheraton on 7th Ave and 55th or something.. which wasn't that good. 4* but dated.
EMPEROR
I only enjoyed the last pic!

Possibly mate not sure about it, waiting on him to get back to me but wont hear anything for next couple of weeks as "contact" he works with is on hols at the moment. That Sheraton looks nice nice from the outside, always seems to be private limos pulling up there with some "Johnny Big Shot" lol. Westin at £84 isn't bad mate, we were getting higher prices on worse hotels this year.
rob wild
Yeah I've stayed all over NYC but I tend to find the East side is always a bit nicer! Although As above the western on Time Square is good value! I did manage to see some other crackers whilst wondering around but most were gone by the time I got the camera out Still really happy with the Soop shot considering the owner is just out of shot on the right and was looking quite angry over something lol (hope not some foreign taking photo's of his car )
