Dan_Turism0
Hi guys, I'm looking for a Rear Anti Roll bar and preferably drop links to go with it, anyone got anything ? Dan
pedrosixfour
NA or TT Dan. I've an NA bar here in great condition but I don't think NA & TT are the same.
Kirk
I also have a spare ARB off a TT. In good condition but no drop links though
pedrosixfour
It's strange, looking at Toyodiy.com it seems to have more to do with the size of wheel the car came with from the factory. My ARB is also found on TT's that were fitted with the 16" rims.
Kirk
The difference between the rear NA and TT bars at a guess is less than 10mm. One would ponder if that would make much of a difference at all

Dan_Turism0
haha 2 sets of rear arbs woot lol, urm well i've got a SZ-R 6speed with 17's on so where does that leave me, could I be picky and have picks of both ? I think the TT's are slightly larger but i'm pretty sure they will fit the NA but that would then mean the rear would be stiffer than the front I would have thought which would be less than ideal
pedrosixfour
Having the rear stiffer than the front tends to lead to a bit of oversteer. It's up to you to decide whether that is a good thing! I can't really confirm which bar is more suitable. All I can tell you is that mine is from a '95 SZR, it is 21.2mm in diameter and is in good condition (just a bit of scoring under the bushes) as the underside of my car is rust free because it was in the UK for only a few months prior to me buying it. I don't have the drop links either though as they were used with my new Whiteline bar. But if you want it I can ship it to you with your lip so what you save on shipping you can spend on new drop links!
pedrosixfour
Also possibly worth a look http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?228317-Undamaged-1997-3.0-N-A-6-speed-for-Breaking
Dan_Turism0
just toying with the idea of uprating both arbs to the TT ones as Martin has both for sale at the minute, but would like to see a pic of them to check condition if not i'll definitely take yours Damien, cheers again mate
pedrosixfour
No problem bud. The matching pair of TT bars certainly wouldn't take from the handling so they'd be a worthwhile upgrade.
