Lurch
Hello, Im looking at Tablet pc's as I travel to and from work in the back of a van for a couple of hours there and back and thought about a tablet pc for entertainment. Just wondering what peoples experiences are with them. The Acer Iconia Tablet A500 Android in particular. I want to know how long it would last without charging when being used for watching films and games. Also, could I connect my mobile to it so I can browse the web? Thanks in advance. Any advice as I've never even seen one.
Abz
I'd really recommend going to say PC World or the likes to have a play with all the tablet PC's to see what suits you best. I have an iPad which I mainly use for web browsing and reading magazines and the like. Sometimes watch movies too, the 10 hours battery life is pretty decent too. Abz
The motorola Xoom seemed pretty good too, I'd recommend you have a go on one of these. The tablet market has exploded ever since the release of the iPad. How wrong were the critics
Lurch
I think your right abz, I should go and have a look at PC World and have a fiddle with a few. I think Ipad or something with Android will be what I'm more interested in
