Protein, carbs, calories and fats are all very important for building muscle, your diet is very important you are what you eat.

Sorry dude, thought you're on a wind up as some of these threads tend to go lol, yes you are quite right good food is a must ! chicken, fish etc. but extra protein like in shakes is an extra bonus, especially in my job driving all day easier to drink a shake than eat 8 small meals a day ! plus the creatine to help developement when training !

Dymatize Products are very good.

If you are wanting to lean up then supplements aren't as important as if you are bulking (like i am).

Diet is everything, cut down on the carbs, loads of tuna/chicken/turkey etc, keep the carbs in the morning.

You can add a protein shake post workout with water if you want.

Plenty of fat burning supps on the market but nothing that will drastically help.

Yeah leaning up really, getting a bit of definition more than anything ! eating healthy and taking Animal cuts(burner) as i tend to gain weight around my gut as i drive all day , so i try and exercise on my abs etc. and starting riding a mountain bike lately so feeling a bit better and looking leaner !

been gyming now for about a year flat out. used quite a few supplements, to be honest not many have worked, iv'e tried expensive ones - mid range ones.

as above, depends what you want out of your training?

-bulk/size

-fitness

-toning

the list goes on, search up some good meal plans for yourself! or try one of the PX90 or spartan workout?

HGH as in Human Growth Hormone?

Yup pretty much all my pals who gym are taking it now, ones hair is growing again and they all look years younger, I think you may be very surprised by the amount of celebs taking it, all be it reduced doses from a body building type dosage, my ex business partner who is 47 looks like he just stepped out of mens health and has the body of a 25 year old and he said he even feels 25 again, no aches, no pain, labido of a teenager and very strong.

I definatly would not buy cheap, a good value one is about £300 for a 50/40 day course taking 5IU's a day which is a good happy medium and is called hygetropin, google it

There is loads of places on the web to get this stuff, but are you getting the right stuff, or are you getting some form HGH that some kid has cooked up in his bedroom???

i was training for about 2 years and i have used a number of different suplements. to get the most out of them i was "stacking". here is the list of what i was using. not everyones cup of tea but worked for me with a diet of chicken fish and low carbs.

As i trained every day i used a fair bit of creatine but shouldnt use it on none training days. as i trained first think in the morning it made sence to have it with my breakfast. so here goes.

Morning (before training): muscle tech - nitro tech shake, 1 l-glutamine, 1 l-arginine, 2 HMB, 2 CLA, 6 drops of creatine (all of those are by precision engerneering which you get at GMC)

After training:muscle tech - nitro tech shake, 1 l-glutamine, 1 l-arginine, 2 HMB, 2 CLA, 6 drops of creatine

evening: 1 l-glutamine

on non training days i would recomend;

Morning: muscle tech - nitro tech shake, 1 l-glutamine, 1 HMB, 2 CLA

evening: muscle tech - nitro tech shake, 1 l-glutamine, 1 l-arginine, 1 HMB, 2 CLA

hope that helps.

are you serious? :rlol:

Thats what happened to my training partner and it cost him as his wife left him (not sure if that is due to the willy and errection thing or due to the anger mind). I just wouldnt recomend it.

As for it being cost effective my way certainly isnt. the protien itself is £99 if its not on special at GMC and i use to spend about £100 a month keeping stock of all what i took.

Lets get one thing straight dude, HGH does NOT do this? What happened to your training partner, his wife left him?? AND?? My mate(who is a girl) just left her husband, Wait she was on HGH too, must be that drug. Mmmmmmm

no wonder your way aint cost effective Muscle tech stuff is prob the most over rated, over priced supplements out there. They seen you coming a mile away dude.

and a big no no to Human Growth Hormone!

not unless you want your willy to shrink, never be able to get a hard on or be the most aggressive person in the world.

I think you are thinking wrong product, pretty much every star over 30 in hollywood is on HGH, and one of my mates old boy has grown quite a lot and it wasnt like he even needed help in that direction!!! Oh and BTW steroids shrink your balls and not your cock and the aggresion IMO is just an excuse for being badly behaved, im aggresive on or off roids does not make a lot of diff except if im on a course I will make an exeption and tell myself, calm down its you, when it prob isn't, as for hard on my 47 year old mate is shagging like a teenager again !!!!
