That is for a full year up front. Fully comp 10k miles a year.

How would i manage to get that down? =/

I am 24, have been driving for over 3 years. Live in a safe place, Offroad parking.

Does anyone have an ideas for me?

Can i just be a named driver with someone else who has been driving for years?

My current car is starting to fall to pieces =/

Thank you for any advice.

i got a quote for £1800 for fully comp on my N/A manual, all mods declared, 21 years old with unlimited millage, 4yrs NCB via Adrian flux i said forget it,

phoned admiral got a quote for 980

rang back flux and they matched it BUT with 1000 excess paid an extra £45 and no excess job done.

give it a go and dont be afraid to push your luck!

Try lynbrooks classic policy's

Sky and Adrian flux are always the cheapest for me

Online quotes for supras are ridiculous. I did one last night. Cheapest with all mods was 7k!

On the other hand on my other car a Mitsubishi legnum (galant estate 2.5l twin turbo auto 4x4) everywhere I phoned was 4.5k+ yet admiral insured it got just over 1k. Which was acceptable. The lowest quote I've ever had on any car I've owned was 780 so that's not bad :)

I used a Broker called A-Plan,they charge like 50commision if they find you a good enough quote..but they do search around loads of insurance companies that i hadnt even heard of,mine has remained at 550 for the last 3 years (inc their 50commision)

Worked out well for me anyway :)

i used to use them, but they mucked me about and cost me a bit of money a while back and they didnt even bother ringing me back for a quote this year

I got 2400 without any no claims on TT every mod declared etc I'm 26, you need to bring down that mileage as they charge more for mileage. Try Adrian flux they also re-instated my 2 years no claims I had which expired over 3 years ago, they were the best even compared to any other company. In the end Adrian fiux done mine for 1400 fully comp and re-instated my no claims.

Out of interest, with Admiral, which mods did you declare? The lad i have just spoken to there says they wont cover a car with anymore than 6 modifications.....
