Paul Whiffin
Dont suppose you know what pad they take do you? If so I will get you a price for Porterfields, it'll be way cheaper than that.
hodge
Michel Lane has these and I'm sure he told me the AP 8 pod pads are a direct fit into the D2 calipers.
Paul Whiffin
Michel Lane has these and I'm sure he told me the AP 8 pod pads are a direct fit into the D2 calipers. Do you mean Ksport 8 pots? Dont think AP do 8 pots!
hodge
Definitely didn't say K-sport. Will be worth P.Ming Michel he will tell you for sure. He told me he changed all of his pads because the D2s gave out a huge amount of brake dust.

Chris Wilson
You need to get a pad outline and post it, that way we traders can match it against other makes. £320 is the going rate for half decent race compounds in big pad sizes, these days. They probably come originally with pads made of re-cycled Taiwanese donkey dung, so most replacement pads will be a step forward. Similarly, you need to get proper measurements off the discs so we can see if Brembo, AP, Alcon and suchlike have a suitable disc.

Chris Wilson
If that's the case I will probably have a choice of excellent quality used pads around.
