Guest wantthatone
spent all day on the car today cleaning & checking for our touring holiday, finished waxing, just nipped down to tesco in the supe for some milk, 5mins later return to the car to find a foot long scratch down the top of the passenger wing!! David P
Get straight back down there and ask security to check the CCTV recordings, Tesco car parks are normally full of them.

hogmaw
Sorry to hear the bad news! I always park in the empty spaces around the edge. Exercise does me good, even if it is just an extra 25 yards.
Attero
Actually there are a few threads on here regarding tactical parking. Tactical parking? It doesn't matter where you park you'll always get trouble! I parked at the very back of a car park the other day where no cars were. Was waiting for someone and what turns up? A young woman with kids in the back right next to my car. So close she had to squeeze her way out as she knew I was watching. I had to move quickly before she got the kid out. You can't escape problems. marc_p
I park in parent and child, I know that shall annoy some of you, but I have no parking dents and/or scratches:)
hogmaw
I park in parent and child, I know that shall annoy some of you, but I have no parking dents and/or scratches:) Shame on you. You might not have any dents, but others do, possibly including the OP, because you park there!!! Using up these spaces means some poor parent has no other option but to use the normal, narrow spaces, so it's no wonder they bash their car doors against others trying to get kids out. staples230uk
I do the old park miles away from the entrance trick. Last week watched as some idiot decided he wanted to park right next to my supra. I asked him why he chose to park so close to me when the car park was almost empty. His response.........."dunno mate, just fancied parking here". It looked as though he struggled with the thought process of breathing some people lol
Guest ugp
I park over two bays, if parking tickets are required, I always buy 2 though!

Josh
As pointed out previously, there's nothing to stop you parking in the parent and child spaces (not that I ever have). Never had any dings in car parks though.

jake supra
I know what the op means. I had one stupid lady try and reverse out of her parking space with me directly behind dident even bother to check the mirrors. Resulting in her hitting my front bumper and upon felling resistant s she put her foot down even more. My horn wasn't working so had to rev the tits of the supra to get her attention before my bumper was ripped off. I pulled over to check the damage, luckily just some scratches. She didn't stop when she some me checking the car just drove out the exit. The next day i fixed my horn and I have become vary wary of Supermarkets and crazy drivers. Paul R
I hate carparks! My Qashqai + 2 was damaged at 3 months old with a big dent in the door and the paint taken off in sainsburries car park, they would have definately heard it and just driven off...spineless cowards! My Aristo was driven into in xmas eve, caved in the rear drivers side door - yes, they drove off! spineless cowards!!!! This is the worst one, someone drove into my wing mirror and broke it clean off on my old supra, then they drove off!! spineless cowards! rant over :-)

I like to park my supra in the middle of two mother and child bays just to be safe.
TubbyTwo
You can guarantee that no matter what you have or how careful you are with it, there will always be some idiot on hand to f*** it up for you.
caseys
What's the alternative? Live, sleep and die in your car. Have family members bring you food, or just live at drive-thru restaurants. Also some sort of avenging tool should anyone still manage to blemish your vehicle.
hogmaw
As pointed out previously, there's nothing to stop you parking in the parent and child spaces (not that I ever have). Not always true, look at Asda or example People who park there against the rules are selfish and lazy
sams
i leave my littleuns car seat in the back just so if im on my own i will park in a parent and child, i not likely to get a ticket while im away from the car as they a slim chance they will know i got no child with me on that occasion as there is a child seat in the car there is no law about parking in a parent and child bay carparks dont even have to supply them. it just law that a certain number of disabled bays are provided
Paul R
If you park in my child and parent space(I've got 3 kids) and I notice you havent got kids, dont whinge when there is a long key mark down your car ;-) haha
