My old man used to have stuff that made your eyes water, I don't know how to make my own, closest I have found is by a company called Provander its very dry so i mix it with Colmans own sauce ???? As Dunc says it is really a must with roast beef, the creamed sauce is very mild and nice with beef in a sandwich or just cold with salad.
