Hi guys where can I get the new update from as I'm on vodaphone and they have not released it yet.

 

If it's anything like mine, don't do it! My phone is now awful, it drops wifi, if I read my email it won't zoom out and all the writing is huge. It doesn't look any different to what is was before ICS. (That is on O2 though)

been on with mine a while now and love it apart from texting seems not as accurate on the keyboard.the voice to text is great works very well in facebook and texting just feel a bit daft doing it.the live wallpapers are good.and organising folders to put all game apps together or music radio apps.loads to change on it.have tried the samsung all share on dads samsung tv works a treat.also linked to his vuze on his mac and played to his tv.

also tried the direct wifi great for sharing music and picture files and pretty quick.seems a lot of messing about on iphone with the protection.copying albums and films is so easy just drag and drop on the pc.my mate with a iphone 4 at work was what i had downgraded for.it has lots more on the g2 i think.also a mate at work got the iphone 4s on upgrade only lasted 8 days and its gone faulty its typing on its own and ringing numbers on his phone.

 

love the s2 so far.dad was saying he has heard there is a lot of recondition s2's for sale.not sure what build and reliability is like.just keyboard sensitivity is not there for me.fancy getting one of the tv adapters and upgraded battery.you can also plug in external keyboards/mice and external hard drives in too

is the gingerbread and ice cream sandwich just different versions of operating system like the mac has the cat names.
