hodge
So what was the final figure then.
Ricky49
Trying to get big numbers on rollers is a hard thing to do IMO. I know you had to map the fuelling etc. But get to TDI so we know what the changes have done to your bhp figure.

JamieP
So what was the final figure then. They could not get a reading, R888's was shot and it wheel spun on every run. Nice seeing you all tonight, curry was superb:) Stunning car you have James, looks so good out on the road.
Bailey.
But the car is running sweet without any issues?
Lee P
Was all going really well apart form the wheel spin, then the fuel pressure started to drop off at high rpm all of a sudden. Looks like an issure with one of the pumps so we had to cut it short. Im really happy with how it went though, no other issues at all. Didnt get a final figure but one of the runs was around 545rwhp, tyres were shot. Going to check the pumps tomorrow and get that sorted, the map is good enough for now and then do some tweaks on Friday at the strip. Will put some more miles on it then finish it off an TDI. Big thanks to Ryan and Charlie for staying late.
Bailey.
Great work, what boost did you get up to tonight?
Lee P
Boost was around 1.7 bar with conservative timing, engine had only done 75 miles when we got there.
Jamesy
Absolutely delighted with it Altho we didnt get a final bhp figure tonight the fact it all held together so strong was superb. Not a drop of oil anywhere and by the looks of the graph the power line was going up pretty sharp as the run had to stop due to the fuelling. Feels so nice to drive, even off boost. Very smooth and tight and the new hi stall is a DREAM! Finished off with a nice Ruby with the boys all in all im well chuffed and still a small chance of making the strip friday!! Thanx Ryan n Charlie for doing some 'nearly-midnight' mapping....oh yeah and to Lee i guess for the few minutes he's set aside over the last couple of weeks!!!
