G9RGE
My headlights keep misting up when it rains or when i wash the car. Can you remove the glass in the same way as the jspec ones or are they sealed differently. Is the seal around the edge a pressure seal ie, the tighter you do the lights up the better the seal. I wouldnt mind taking them apart as some of the silver inside is going yellow and could do with touching up, just worried about cracking the glass. Anyone had the same prob? Cheers
Kev.O
I had the same problem, so I put them in the oven. I cleaned them up and resealed them. They're now worse than before I done it!
G9RGE
Sorry to hear that, think il probably still do the same and just keep my fingers crossed they end up better. I was mainly concerned about cracking the glass putting them in the oven, but if yours were ok then il give it a go. Cheers
Geezabloke
Did mine this week and sprayed them at same time. So far so good? I did mine with a hot air gun and cardboard box over the top, leave for 10 minutes or so and pull apart .....TOP TIP........wear gloves at this stage.....lol Dave
Kev.O
TOP TIP........wear gloves at this stage.....lol Dave Yeah tell me about it. Also, use old tools to prize the bits apart as the sealant sticks to everything

Cheers Have you recently chabged the bulbs?. If theyre not seated properly or the seal has perished / cracked, when you turn the lights on the hot bulbs draw in moisture. I had the same problem and just reseated the bulbs.
The Restorer
I had the same problem, so I put them in the oven. I cleaned them up and resealed them. They're now worse than before I done it! LOL. Can't be as bad as mine. I only did the one and touching up the yellow areas means I have two differently coloured headlights (one standard and one with silver flakes). Just waiting for an 8 hour dry day, when I'm free to do them both again properly!!!
