a98pmalcolm
I wish to send a letter to a friend in the sates at the moment. I dont really want to go to the post office to get it sent but i read if there is 3 1st class stamps on the letter that covers the £1.10 standard rate to send a letter to america. Any advice on this? Thanks Paul
RedM
I take it that the Royal Mail site is broken. It'd help if you gave us the size and weight of the letter.

a98pmalcolm
Thans for the most helpful resonses (some of them) lol I got one of my staff to take it to the post office today to make sure it gets there ok. With it being a basic letter that didnt weigh much it was the basic £1.10 charge. Regarding the email shes working in the states for a few months and i know she was hoping to get letters as she can only use a computer on her day off (its a summer camp shes at) so I thought it would be nice for me to send it as a suprise and she wouldnt be expecting one
