Guest cpaul4
Hi Guys, Anybody know if i need to involve building control with decking? I know that if its less than 1ft off the ground then your ok, but information is not so good on the subject. Or has anyone got the direct line for building control in high wycombe? Thanks Chris
Scott
I've never known anyone to inform them for decking, not to say that you shouldn't
Ricky49
I don't think you would need to.
Guest cpaul4
Thanks for the replys so far. I am aware on some instances though when it is needed, but I also understand that it proberally wont matter. I normally stay to what I know with work but as times are a little tuff and i have quoted on a few decking projects so need to know the ins and outs. thanks Chris

Rob
No, but I'd really like to see 2.5m high decking

tony1
I have never known anyone to get planning permission for decking before and we have done loads of them including a play school. Here is my Checkatrade page with some pictures of some of the decking jobs I have done. http://www.checkatrade.com/DAndACarpentryAndJoinery/
